1. Introduction
Welcome to The Beauty Garden! I appreciate your business and want to ensure that your experience is enjoyable and satisfactory. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of The Beauty Garden's services.
2. Appointment Policy
2.1 Booking: Appointments can be made in person, over the phone, or through the online booking system.
2.2 Cancellations: I understand that sometimes circumstances require the rescheduling or cancellation of appointments. To avoid charges, please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

2.4 Late Arrivals: In order to respect the time of other clients and myself, I ask for clients to arrive on time to appointments. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled.
3. Payment Policy
3.1 Prices: All prices are subject to change. At least one months notice will be given on the website.
3.2 Payment Methods: I accept cash and bank transfer. Payment is due at the time of service.
3.3 New Customer Deposit: New customers will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure their first appointment. The deposit amount will be 50% of the service amount and will be deducted from the total service cost on the appointment day.
3.4 Refunds: No refunds are given on treatments or products.
4. Conduct and Behavior
4.1 Respect: I strive to main in a positive and respectful environment. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating disrespectful or inappropriate behavior. Any deposits will be lost.
4.2 Intoxication: Clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused service.
4.3 Behavior: Any inappropriate, abusive or threatening behavior may be reported to the police.
5. Salon Services
5.1 Satisfaction Guarantee: I aim to provide high-quality services. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify me within 24 hours, and I will do my best to address and resolve any concerns. No refunds will be offered.
5.2 Allergies: Please inform me of any allergies or sensitivities you may have to avoid any adverse reactions. All new clients will be required to complete a consultation form before the appointment. It is your responsibility to inform me of any changes in your circumstances before further appointments. You may be asked to complete a new consultation form.
6. Liability
6.1 Damage to Property: Clients are responsible for any damage caused to salon property.
6.2 Personal Belongings: I am not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen personal belongings.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1 Client Information: Client information, including personal and contact details, will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
8.1 Updates: I reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the client's responsibility to review them periodically for changes.
